28 Dec 12     The Commission of Inquiry under the Chairmanship of Ms. Justice(Retd.) Usha Mehra has requested the members of public to provide any information about the shocking incident of rape and brutal assault on a young woman in New Delhi on Dec.16, 2012.

Any information, suggestions and responses may be sent through email at or through Fax at 011-23093750 latest by  Jan.10, 2012.

All the members of the public including Jurists, Legal professionals, NGOs, Media persons/ journalists, Women Groups are requested to suggest measures to improve the safety and security of women particularly in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and National Capital Region.
